Post-understanding the problem, our technician visit your house with set of required tools and hardware. The defect is then inspected by our technician and rectified accordingly in front of you.

Is there a charge for home visit?

Since home visit requires a team of technician travel to your home, to cover the expenses of our technician we charge Rs.1,000/- per booking but you also get a credit of similar amount which is then deducted from your total expenses. So safe to say that the home visits are absolutely free if you have a genuine requirement.

How soon does your technician arrive after booking?

There is currently no express service. All our technicians confirm the time depending on their available slots after booking but usually arrive in between 24-48 Hours.
