- 9. Customers must ensure proper site readiness for smooth delivery and installation of products.
- 10. Accurate measurements must be provided before production; errors in dimensions provided by customers are not our responsibility.
- 11. In case of site visit and measurement service by our team, customer must confirm all details before production begins.
- 12. Product visuals, catalog images, and samples are indicative; final product may have minor variations in color, texture, or grain.
- 13. We use standard industry-grade materials; custom material requests must be explicitly mentioned and may affect cost and timeline.
- 14. Products come with a limited warranty (if applicable), which will be mentioned on the invoice or product documentation.
- 15. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper maintenance.
- 16. Installation warranty covers only the scope of work executed by our authorized technicians.
- 17. Any complaint regarding damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- 18. In case of proven manufacturing defects, we may offer repairs or replacement at our sole discretion.
- 19. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.
- 20. The company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from improper use or installation by unauthorized persons.
- 21. Title and ownership of goods remain with the company until full payment is received.
- 22. Customers are advised to maintain proof of purchase and warranty documents for future service claims.
